Founding Partner

Dustin Davidson has over 13 years of experience in single-family lot development. After joining Hines in 2012, he later became the Managing Director on the DFW Hines Land Development platform for over 7 years. Under his leadership the Hines’ DFW land platform grew from ~900 lots to over 20,000 in less than five years. He has worked on more than 30 communities and 30,000 lots in his career. He is a graduate from Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey.

Founding Partner

Greer is a Founding Partner at Axim Partners, and started his career in DFW land development in 2019. Greer played a key role in assembling & managing the 16,000+ lot portfolio that Starwood Land acquired from Hines in April 2025. He now focuses on management of the Starwood Land portfolio and the sourcing, structuring  and execution of new land development opportunities. He previously served as a Director at Hines and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Adil is a Partner at Axim Partners with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience spanning single-family residential, office, multifamily, and industrial development. At Hines, he built a deep and diverse career across multiple asset classes and geographies, gaining expertise in development, acquisitions, and asset management throughout the organization. At Axim, he focuses on single-family lot development in Houston and Central Texas, and other opportunistic investments across the commercial real estate spectrum. He earned his degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
